Transforming Lives Through Coaching

why the wolf?

Through the coaching process we often identify 'allies' that are part of who we are.  We might give these allies names, objects, forms so that you can bring them to mind and lean on them more easily  These allies are often undefined and therefore not as powerful or useful as they might be.

One of my most important allies is my wolf.  I discoverd my wolf through my own coaching journey and it was a powerful revelation.

It's the part of me that is self knowing, confident and knowledgable.  It's me when I know myself and trust myself. My wolf  is a calming presence of stillness and thought.  It tells me to listen to myself and to those I trust (my pack) and be comfortable with who I am in this moment.

A wolf just knows it’s a wolf!  BE MORE WOLF!

'Allies' are just one of the many ways we might identify characteristics.  We will also discover 'saboteurs' that stifle and block our progress and growth.  We will bring to life your 'inner leader'. The most powerful and supportive version of you that supports you from within.

These are just some of the creative ways we will play, learn and grow through coaching.  They sit alongside the more easily defined work such as Values,  Perspectives, Goals, Actions and Accountability but they are often found to be the most powerful tools when looking for change, overcoming challenges and achieving new goals in life and work.
